Psychotherapy
I see individuals 18 years and older experiencing stress, life transitions, grief and loss, post-traumatic stress, depression, anxiety, and
relationship problems.
I offer Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) when appropriate for trauma and emotional healing.
